1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ed33 ("ed33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ed33.io and its associated mobile interfaces. These Terms apply to all services offered on the ed33 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes made available to registered players.

By accessing the ed33 platform, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ed33 platform and close your account.

ed33 reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at ed33.io/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ed33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ed33 does not permit the registration or continued use of the platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local law in any jurisdiction that may permit a lower minimum age for gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of ed33, or of any company in the same corporate group as ed33.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently active on your account or imposed by ed33.

ed33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on ed33, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You must notify ed33 promptly of any changes to this information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the ed33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where ed33 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonus balances voided, and any suspicious winnings reviewed and potentially forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ed33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. ed33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) as an additional layer of security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact ed33 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ed33 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. As part of this commitment, ed33 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request or when triggered by account activity. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and in some cases a selfie or video verification. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is successfully completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ed33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ed33 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment methods not expressly listed above.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount on ed33 is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳500,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method. ed33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and to apply additional per-player deposit limits as part of responsible gaming controls.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must have passed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fulfilled. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for card withdrawals.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ed33 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposits made to an ed33 account must represent funds that belong to the account holder and that have been obtained through legitimate means. ed33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required under applicable law.

4.5 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on ed33 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ed33 does not apply currency conversion to player accounts. There are no hidden conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your balance in BDT.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ed33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, only real-money bets placed after bonus activation count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed with bonus funds themselves do not count unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ed33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or opposing bets across accounts or platforms to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting errors in bonus calculations; or otherwise acting in bad faith in relation to any promotional offer. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently closed.

5.4 Promotion Validity

All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. ed33 is not obligated to notify individual players of impending bonus expiry, though we may do so at our discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ed33 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market published in the ed33 betting rules section. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the rules published on the ed33 platform at the time the bet was placed shall apply. ed33 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, at incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity related to that event.

6.2 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are settled according to the outcome at the time the bet was placed. ed33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live betting market and accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspensions.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on ed33 — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and other certified studios — operate using Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures that have been independently certified for fairness. The outcome of all games is determined by these systems and not by ed33 or any of its employees. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Bet limits for all sports markets and casino games are displayed within the relevant betting interface. ed33 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or specific markets at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected irregular betting activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ed33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or place bets on the ed33 platform without prior written consent from ed33.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event available for betting on ed33.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the ed33 platform to gain financial advantage. Players who identify a system error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the ed33 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the ed33 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to conceal your true location, particularly for the purpose of circumventing geographic or access restrictions.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the ed33 platform or its infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

ed33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their betting and gaming activity. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all ed33 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further betting activity will be permitted until the relevant period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that trigger after a set period of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the agreed period has expired.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ed33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of ed33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the ed33 platform without the express written permission of ed33. The ed33 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ed33.

10. Privacy & Data

ed33 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ed33.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account on ed33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ed33 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to personal data held in its systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any service offered on it.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, transmissions, or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the odds, game outcomes, or platform content.
• Any losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the player.

ed33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ed33 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ed33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ed33 will process any pending withdrawals of your real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) and then close your account. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by ed33

ed33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or illegal activity; provision of false information; failure to pass KYC verification; violation of the one-account policy; or any other conduct that ed33 deems detrimental to the platform or its other players. In cases of account closure by ed33 for cause, any balances held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation determines that a material breach of these Terms occurred.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the ed33 customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts as determined by applicable law.

ed33 makes no representations that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ed33 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. ed33 disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
